A very dynamic and growth-oriented manufacturing/distribution company, in St. Louis, is searching for a CFO/VP of Finance to join their executive team and partner with the CEO. They plan for this professional to come on board, complement their executive team and provide them with the strategic direction, and continued growth, that they need. This is a very unique opportunity that will allow the right executive to make an immediate impact on the organization.
For this opportunity, candidates will need to be degreed in accounting/finance, have 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles, a CPA and public accounting experience is preferred, experience in the manufacturing/distribution industry is preferred. Candidates will need to be pro-active and driven in their approach, effective in creating value and be a positive communicator and leader.

You Will Be Engaged In:
Member of the executive team and involved in driving key decision making
Partner with CEO
Provide solid executive analysis
Responsible for all accounting/finance processes
Lead integration process of successful acquisitions
Value creation - identifying inefficiencies and resolving them
Bank relationships
Supervision of staff and departments
You Offer:
Degree in accounting/finance or similar field
Masters/MBA/CPA are a plus, but not mandatory
8+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles
Experience as a CFO/VP of Finance or similar role
Effective, and enjoys, value creation and being an agent of change
Experience to include accounting, finance, cash/treasury, banking, strategic planning and organizational growth
Mid-size company experience
Must enjoy being in a hybrid role that combines hands-on and strategic duties
Experience with integrating acquired companies
Public accounting industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
Strong internal drive
Positive, and effective, team leader
