Responsibilities:
- Plans and specifications for bid process
- Submit bid paperwork
- Prepare project job boards
- Work with project managers
- Manage project info in system
- Assist with special projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role or as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe
- Reliable professional with a positive attitude
- Must have strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Enjoys learning new systems
- Solid team player
